- ➤ Rotary District 5100 is now accepting submissions for its Global Grant Scholarship program to fund graduate studies abroad. Eligible candidates must have a letter of admission, and applications are due by March 1. Hillsboro News-Times

- ➤ Banks High School boys basketball team earned a 64-33 win over Corbett on Monday, Feb. 2, keeping them undefeated in Coastal Range League play and extending their eight-game win streak (Braves).
