- ➤ Free employment and training help is available today for SNAP recipients at 37 WorkSource Oregon centers statewide to meet new federal work rules requiring 80 hours per month. Participants work with case managers to create career plans, while some counties are exempt. Hillsboro News-Times
GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ Portland General Electric will raise rates by about $8 per month for roughly 950,000 customers in April (a 5% increase) after the Oregon Public Utility Commission approved the adjustment to cover rising fuel and operating costs.
