- ➤ A federal trial is underway in Oregon City as the Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde challenge PGE’s plan to condemn 5 acres near Willamette Falls—arguing that the claimed safety concerns are unproven and risk ending traditional fishing practices. In this facility, an estimated 2,000 infants and children will be evaluated annually to determine eligibility for intervention and special education services and our eleven classrooms will host early learning offerings with special attention to the needs of children with disabilities.
