Thompson, incumbent Mark Watson holds Position 2 with 59%, Nancy Thomas is unopposed in Position 3, and newcomer Katie Rhyne leads Position 6 with 66.1% over Rebecca Descombes — results based on a 12.7% turnout will be certified by June 16. - ➤ Washington County’s proposed 2025-26 budget cuts will remove 19 full-time child support positions due to a $20.5 million deficit, forcing families to rely on the state office & its standard procedures.
