Good morning, Hillsboro.

Local health inspectors in late April reviewed eateries in Hillsboro, Forest Grove, and Aloha.

Some restaurants earned perfect 100 scores while Camila’s Breakfast Cafe and Phil’s 1500 Subs in Forest Grove received scores below 85 (managers promptly fixed issues).

On Wednesday, May 21, high school baseball and softball games showcased competitive scores and standout plays across the region.

Jesuit, Sunset, and Forest Grove delivered key performances as star players hit home runs and drove in RBIs at their respective matchups.

Jesuit ended Lake Oswego's two-year title run by winning the OSAA 6A Girls State Golf Championship at OGA Golf Course in Woodburn on May 18-19, finishing 15 shots ahead of Sunset & contributing to three top-4 finishes for Metro League teams.
