- ➤ Jollibee will open its first Oregon restaurant in Hillsboro at 10875 N.E. Cornell Road in Tanasbourne Village from Friday, May 30 through Sunday, June 1 and will give away prizes to early in-store and drive-thru guests, with a year of free Chickenjoy available on Friday. The new restaurant will serve its famous fried chicken, red-and-white tote bags on Saturday, and signature red bucket hats on Sunday—making its debut highly anticipated in the local food scene.
