- ➤ Oregon State Treasurer Elizabeth Steiner introduced the Kinder Grad program at Vose Elementary on Friday, May 29, awarding each of the 18 kindergarten graduates a $100 deposit to start a college savings account plus urging families to contribute $25 for matching state funds.
