- ➤ The Oregon Senate passed House Bill 3546, known as the POWER Act, on Tuesday by an 18—12 vote. The measure would require large tech facilities like data centers and crypto operations to cover their own energy costs to prevent higher bills for households and now moves to the Oregon House for final approval.
