CRIME NEWS
- ➤ Luis Antonio Beltran Arredondo, a 35-year-old Mexican national living unlawfully in Nevada, pleaded guilty to leading a drug trafficking ring that distributed heroin and fentanyl in the Portland area—he laundered over $4.6 million through a Tualatin beauty salon and will be sentenced Aug. 18 before Judge Michael Simon.
