- ➤ Police identified 21-year-old Miguel A. Alvarez-Flores of Hillsboro as the victim of a fatal stabbing at about 12:30 a.m. on Sunday in a parking lot on the 6200 block of Southeast Foster Road in Portland (no arrests have been made). KATU
