Genentech announced on Thursday, Aug.
20 that it will invest $750M to double its Hillsboro manufacturing facility by building a new device fill-finish plant on its 75-acre campus; the expansion will create 250 permanent jobs and support 200 construction jobs, with commercial operations starting in 2031.
