- ➤ Hillsboro’s Mattress City now offers a free, year-round mattress recycling program at 175 S.E. Baseline St.—residents can drop off old mattresses and box springs Monday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.—as part of Oregon’s Mattress Stewardship Act; the program helps keep streets and landfills clean by recycling mattresses into steel, foam, and wood. - ➤ Governor Kotek held a press conference today to announce her Prosperity Roadmap, a plan to retain and grow businesses and create jobs for future growth.
