Good morning, Hillsboro.
🏈 Sports
Southridge High's boys basketball team is set for a strong season despite losing two key players as they return with talents like point guard Elijah Thompson plus promising newcomers to support coach Phil Vesel's push for the Metro League title.
They will compete against top teams when play starts.
Statewide girls basketball coaches released polls for the winter season of 2025 to 2026 that list top team rankings, including schools from Tualatin to Crane.
These polls have no bearing on playoff rankings and invite varsity coaches to join the discussion.
