About this event
In this foundation level class we will utilize floor exercises to help find proper alignment, strengthen the core and stabilize supporting muscles. We will also work on vocabulary and basic phase work. This class is geared for dancers that have never taken ballet before and are looking to create a foundation, or dancers that want to deepen their understanding of how technique relates to the body Level: Beginner | No experience necessary Ages: Teen & up
