About this event
Must have taken pole 1 series once (or 6 weeks of pole 1 drop-in classes). Familiarity and comfort with basic level 1 moves such as step around, fireman, back hook, pole sit is required to attend. Must be able to execute pole arabesques correctly without jumping into them and perform 3 pole squats on each side. Basic climb proficiency is not required. See prerequisites for more information.
