End your day with this peaceful and introspective candlelit practice. Infused in the longer, more passive holds, Yin involves surrendering into poses and exploring them for longer periods of time in order to let go of tensions stored deep within the body. 8-10 postures are held throughout the entirety of class with prop guidance to soften or deepen the pose.
