Information for the people in OSHOA: the abandoned black cat around Rosebay Park that I had been feeding has now been neutered, vaccinated and chipped and is out for adoption, so his life should be safe and good.

“Unfortunately I am now seeing a small tuxedo cat that may have also eating on my porch. If anyone has a small tuxedo cat that is outdoor please let me know……..if I determine he is a stray or abandoned he will be gathered up and prepared for adoption.”

The Wrap

If you like live music with a big orchestra, here's one for tonight. Wed., Nov. 4, the Philip Glass Ensemble and the Oregon Symphony perform Powaqqatsi at the Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall in Portland. The title comes from the Hopi language: powaq means sorcerer, qatsi means life. Sounds like a good night out.
